Came here during a girls' trip! It is perfect for groups, but make sure to make reservations ahead of time. There were English staff able to help us and there was also an english version of the menu/courses available. We selected a course menu. Each cut of meat melted in our mouths, and the courses were more than enough to fill us up by the end. They have a beautiful view from the upper levels, and servers were very attentive. There was a button on the table to call for assistance if needed. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their drink menu, and their favorite of the night was the cassius orange. I highly recommend trying this place out! Also, note to bring in cash in case their credit reader isn't working (is noted on their reservation website) ~ N T

Wow Wow Wow. 3 Wow is still not enough. The service is outstanding. They basically helped us cooked or gave instruction on how to cook. While I started out a bit questioning how full can you get kind of place, eventually the taste of this Amori located beef melted my worried. The chef prepared what he thought the beef should blend in with the sauce, and everything just matched. The beef is outstanding! It's not one of those date places that can only come with girls. By the way, the girls would have loved it. It's the type of place you can come with, guy friends, and get impressed by this amazing meal. For those ignorant guys, I had it before but forgot what it was. Dotted ice cream was the last picture Eggyoke with beef is a must try! ~ David C

2ヶ月連続で仕事の際に利用させていただいております。お料理もとても美味しく、雰囲気も素晴らしいです。スタッフの皆さまのホスピタリティも大変良く、日本語・英語の両方に対応できる方が多いので、海外からのお客様を高頻度でお連れするのですが、安心して利用できます。唯一の改善点を挙げるとすれば、取り皿の交換や追加の取り皿を、スタッフの方がもう少し早めに気付いて対応してくださると、常に清潔なお皿でお料理の味が交わることなく楽しめるので、より一層ありがたいです。 ~ A M

初めて銀座で焼肉！コバウコース 8500円。サラダ、お肉数点、すき焼きにご飯と卵など数点撮り損ねました‥ 他者様の評価通り、気配りの行き届いた満足のいく焼肉屋です。「いらっしゃいませ」だけではない言葉掛けから、細かなお肉の説明と焼き方、たれの選択、一声ありお願いすれば焼いて頂き盛り付けて下さる。ほぼ一品ごと網の交換有り。お手洗いを利用する際も、こちらが空いていますと誘導あり、段差があることの言葉掛けがありました。 ~ えまる

フルマックスで旨い！これは圧倒的でした。味は比較的さっぱりで肉質がじゅうじゅうしくなくさっぱり系です。料理以外にもパフォーマンスがすごい！目の前で焼いてくれたり、肉の説明もしっかりしてもらえます。見たことのない炭？なのかな？その場ですき焼きなどもたべれます！ 8000円代のコースで入りましたが大満足できるボリュームです。これからもぜひ活用したいお店の事は間違いなし！毎日でも食べれる美味しさでした！ご馳走さまでした。 ~ TOMO S

記念日に家族で銀座コースを楽しみました。炙りユッケ&パンを添えては店員さんが焼いてくれました。厚焼きタンとサガリは自分たちで焼きましたが、そのあとのお肉は店員さんにお願いして焼いてもらいました。もちろんどの肉も柔らかくて美味しかったです！すき焼きは焼肉の網を外して専用の金物をセットして、すき焼き鍋が食べられるすばらしいシステムでした。店員さんの気配りも良くて気持ちよく食事出来ました。 ~ ゆるゆる

Ginza Cobau was amazing. From the entrance we were greeted by Bishow Manandhar who was very welcoming and considerate throughout the whole experience. We opted for Bishow to grill the meat as we thought we’d mess it up and lo and behold we were correct. While watching the professional at work we knew we made the right choice. The service, the quality of all the dishes and even the bathroom was all unreal. We are surprised not more people know about this but I hope it remains that way so the place remains special to locals and those like myself and my wife who like finding hidden gems in Tokyo! Thank you again Bishow and Ginza Cabou for the best meal we’ve had during our Japan trip. We will definitely come back here again. ~ Andrew J

銀座コースで、今夜はシャトーブリアンでした。最初の肉サンドも美味しい肉とパンの絶妙なハーモーニが素晴らしく、サラダもドレッシングが好みで、口直しのスープに大好きな南高梅が丸ごと一個入っており、なんといってもすき焼きが嬉しい！そして、店員さんの対応が素晴らしく、心地よく食事ができました。これでたった12,000円とは、銀座という立地も考えると、コスパ良すぎです。個人的にリピート決定です！ ~ 須﨑恭彦

超級高級精緻！但一進去的時候服務員的態度就非常好，很親切的那種，會一點點日文也可以吃得很開心的一家高級燒肉。因為時間晚了，我們三個人點兩份套餐，也是邊烤邊幫我們分成三份，真的非常貼心。一定要請他們負責烤肉，可以烤出超級好吃的肉也會推薦你該用的醬料那些的。價格上確實沒有什麼CP值，因為肉都非常上等，服務態度也是一等一的好。下次有錢還想來吃！ ~ らん

Giving away my 5 starts to the restaurant for the prompt & fast response accepting our reservations. The service was awesome & foreigner friendly with international guest representative. We feel very welcome. Our coat was well taken care of when we arrive as well as departing. Its a standard ✨ We got the private room which was very nice to have some chill family time. The beef quality was outstanding & the course make you full. We love the side dishes too… Very kids friendly (make sure to book private so you dont disturb other guess) The design of the restroom is great & loving their amenities in the toilet. 走高級感精緻路線的燒肉店，我們這次點了兩人套餐，服務人員會桌邊烤，完全不用擔心自己烤壞高級食材，肉質真的沒話說，各種有特色的搭配，會給你滿滿的驚豔感，但如果想找吃很飽的話，這家店可能就不適合你帶著快兩歲的孩子用餐，店家也完全沒有拒絕，反而很友善的款待，離開前銀座下著雨，門口的接待還特別拿了兩隻新的傘給我們，真的是服務非常好 ~ chiahui

What an INCREDIBLE experience we had! One of my favorite meals throughout our time in Japan. We were taken care of by Bishow, which he added so much more to the whole experience. He was genuine, attentive and as I said, made our experience amazing. The food was top notch! You can taste the quality that Cobau provides with their selection of meat. I could have gone back and done it all over again. If you’re looking for a meat experience in Ginza, please visit Cobau, you won’t be disappointed. Ginza Cobau in Tokyo offers an unforgettable yakiniku dining experience. The food was delicious, with top-quality Wagyu beef that you can grill yourself at the table. It’s the best steak we’ve ever had. The service was exceptional, especially Bishow Manandhar. We celebrated a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make our guest feel special. They added personal touches throughout the evening such as a special birthday dessert, made it truly memorable. As we left, the entire staff lined up to thank us and say goodbye. 服務超級高級，一出電梯就有四個店員迎接，幫忙拿外套和收雨傘，離開時還會協助穿外套，店員英文都很好，溝通無障礙。裝潢時尚，環境舒適，座位寬敞，吃完身上完全不會有燒烤味。點了¥13,800的Cobau course，可以請店員幫忙烤全部的食材，肉的品質很好，調味也不重複，也有幾道創意料理，最後有壽喜燒和冷麵，絕對吃得飽！推薦給每一個來銀座的人👍🏻 ~ The P

出發前在台灣先預約訂位，然後訂位時可以選擇慶祝的目的，就會有小蛋糕（這方面還不錯）；因為都不吃牛，所以點了豬肉、雞肉，肉質都非常好👍另外整體服務和用餐環境都很棒，尤其服務方面，不小心點了太多，還會親切提醒可以減少一些份量，非常貼心！ ~ Pei P

銀座6丁目のビルインに、銀座一の焼肉と思います！うしごろとは違いオシャレ焼肉ではなく、お肉の価格もバランスがとれてます。個人的にオススメは、切り落とし✨ カルビ、ロース、時々ヒレ肉も混ざっていることがあり、価格も1500円と割安で、お得なお肉です！！コバウは5階、8階は店名を隠して個室焼肉（コース）ですが、そこまでは利用する必要はないと思います。以前は予約がとりづらかったですが、最近は銀座の夜が若干静かなため、予約は取りやすく、19〜20時以降はわりと入りやすいです。 ~ F. I

お世話になっている方に接待で連れてきてもらえました！まさかこんなにいいところでご馳走していただけると思っていなかったので、入り口から感激しました！肝心の味ですが、めちゃめちゃあっさりした脂身のお肉でとてもおいしかったです！個人的にはすごく好みでした！塩タン、ハラミ、上ミノ、キムチ、ミスジ、まじでどれもおいしかったです！最高の思い出になりました！ ~ 八木祥太朗

初回訪問。 3人の会食で探し、午後2時からの為場所が限られコチラを選びました。フロアが二つあるが個室の8階を依頼しました。コースは税別￥25,000。(自分に見合わないのは当然です) 前菜・野菜・先付の茶碗蒸しから始まり、焼肉は5種でシャトーブリアンで〆めとなりました。計13品。途中トイレは執事のように案内を頂き、手を洗う水洗器具は初めて見るもので、少し戸惑いました。滅多にいただかない銀座のコース。ご馳走様でした。 ~ Shin T
